Position Summary 

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy Sales & Marketing Executive to accelerate business growth through aggressive property acquisition, sales conversion, digital marketing, and brand elevation. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who thrives in fieldwork, sales interactions, and digital strategy, and is excited to connect property owners to buyers, tenants, and investors. 

You will be at the frontline of our revenue generation efforts, managing both the sourcing and marketing of property listings while ensuring client satisfaction and digital brand presence. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Property Acquisition & Sales Enablement 

  • Source new property listings that meet the company’s quality, documentation, and exclusivity standards. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and developers to secure exclusive agency rights. 
  • Conduct physical site visits for due diligence, photo capture, and readiness assessments. 
  • Promote listed properties to prospective buyers and tenants through coordinated property viewings, follow-ups, and deal facilitation. 

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation 

  • Manage the company’s presence across digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and the company website. 
  • Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to enhance listing visibility, generate leads, and promote the brand. 
  • Post and promote property listings accurately and consistently, prioritizing company-owned platforms. 
  • Track digital engagement metrics and adjust marketing strategies to increase conversions. 

3. Client Engagement & Sales Pipeline Management 

  • Engage actively with prospects, leads, and referrals to nurture them through the sales pipeline. 
  • Represent the company in open houses, expos, and business networking events. 
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and property owners through responsive and professional communication. 
  • Submit timely daily reports and client engagement updates to the Head of Business Development. 

4. Operational Compliance & Collaboration 

  • Ensure each listing includes verified documentation, legal details, and caretaker contact where applicable. 
  • Uphold internal standards on dress code, conflict of interest, and data accuracy. 
  • Coordinate with the property management, credit control, and admin teams to ensure alignment in post-listing support and service delivery. 
Qualification

Qualifications & Competencies 

Education & Experience 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or business development. 
  • Track record of meeting sales targets or property acquisition goals. 

Core Skills 

  • Strong sales, persuasion, and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools. 
  • Knowledge of real estate documentation, contracts, and property onboarding processes. 
  • Solid written and verbal communication and reporting capabilities. 

Technical Proficiency 

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) 
  • Social media and design tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva) 
  • CRM and project tools (e.g., Trello, Zoho, Bitrix24) — preferred

  • Ethical, dependable, and able to work under limited supervision. 
  • Willing to travel locally for assignments. 

Compensation & Benefits 

Remuneration - Retainer: KES 25,000/month 

Commission: 30% commission on all qualifying property deals
