  • Maintain updated supplier account records to support timely and accurate payments.
  • Ensure proper filing and traceability of procurement and stock-related documents.
  • Verify accuracy of product costs and supplier billing.

  • Identify, report, and follow up on sales or cash discrepancies.
  • Track credit sales and maintain accurate customer account records.
  • Support timely banking of shop collections and ensure deposit accuracy.
  • Maintain cash integrity across all sales points.

E. Compliance, Audit Support & Internal Controls

  • Enforce adherence to financial procedures and internal control standards.
  • Assist in tax compliance processes (VAT, PAYE, income tax) under supervision.
  • Provide auditors with accurate financial, inventory, and transaction documents.
  • Follow SOPs to minimize errors, prevent fraud, and safeguard inventory and cash assets.
  • Support internal risk management and stock integrity checks.

F. Administrative & Support Functions

  • Maintain an organized filing system for invoices, financial records, stock cards, and reports.
  • Support sales and technical teams with warranty documentation and product registration.
  • Assist in updating SKU codes, product pricing, and inventory details in the system.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Accountant.
