Job Description
Job Role

Key Duties: 

● Set up for service, including dining and bar areas, ensuring all guest-facing stations, tools and equipment are clean, stocked, and properly arranged. 

● Greet and seat guests; manage reservations and table flow.

 ● Take orders, provide menu knowledge, and assist behind the bar. 

● Mix and serve cocktails and soft drinks maintain bar cleanliness and restocking.

 ● Deliver full table service: food, drinks, and billing.

 ● Support service team during rush hours.

Qualification

Reports to: Operations Manager & Executive Chef

Key Skills:

 ● Strong interpersonal skills and professional grooming

 ● Front-of-house service etiquette and guest engagement 

● Basic bar and food service knowledge 

● Ability to prepare basic cocktails and hot/cold beverages 

● Ability to create and post engaging content on social media platforms as part of daily marketing efforts Flexibility Required: 

● Can switch between hostess, server, and bar roles depending on shift. 

● May assist with events, special dinners, or breakfast shifts. As a new and growing business, team members should expect long or irregular hours as part of supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. 

Qualifications & Experience:

 ● Certificate or diploma in Hospitality, Front Office, or related field 

● Minimum 2 years’ experience in a guest service, host/hostess, or bar service role 

● Good communication skills and a warm, confident demeanor 

● Basic cocktail or barista training preferred
