Key Duties:
● Set up for service, including dining and bar areas, ensuring all guest-facing stations, tools, and equipment are clean, stocked, and properly arranged.
● Greet guests warmly, provide clear and confident menu knowledge, and assist with food and drink recommendations.
● Deliver full table service: food, drinks, and billing.
● Mix and serve cocktails, maintain bar cleanliness and restocking.
● Step in to host, clear tables, or help with breakfast set-up.
Reports to: Operations Manager & Executive Chef
Key Skills:
● Strong interpersonal skills and professional grooming
● Front-of-house service etiquette and guest engagement
● Basic bar and food service knowledge
● Ability to prepare basic cocktails and hot/cold beverages
● Guest relationship and upselling
Flexibility Required:
● Can float between the floor and bar depending on daily demand.
● Can support setup for private events or beach service. As a new and growing business, team members should expect long or irregular hours as part of supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Certificate in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service.
● 2+ years in restaurant service or bar work.
● Mixology or barista training is an added advantage.
