Job Role

The Clinic Marketer is responsible for promoting the clinic’s services, enhancing patient engagement, and driving growth through effective marketing strategies. The role combines digital marketing, community outreach, and client relationship management. Prior experience in a hospital or clinic environment is an added advantage.

2. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Increase patient awareness and clinic visibility.
• Strengthen relationships with patients and healthcare partners.
• Drive patient acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns.
• Support the clinic’s growth objectives with innovative marketing initiatives.

3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Develop and execute marketing plans for clinic services.
• Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Organize health awareness events and outreach programs.

B. Patient Engagement & Communication

• Build strong relationships with patients and community groups.
• Prepare promotional materials and newsletters.
• Coordinate feedback collection and patient satisfaction surveys.

C. Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in hospital or clinic marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
