POSITION OVERVIEW
The Hospital Accountant plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial integrity and sustainability of the hospital. This position oversees budgeting, financial reporting, billing, compliance, and internal controls across the hospital’s clinical and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will combine deep accounting expertise with a solid understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance. This role requires precision, confidentiality, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively with both financial and non-financial staff.
