Job Role

The Full Filler (Turnboy) supports delivery drivers in ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods. The role involves assisting with vehicle preparation, loading and unloading, route coordination, and customer interactions. With 2–3 years of delivery experience, the ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and attentive to detail, ensuring smooth logistics operations and client satisfaction.

2. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Support drivers in safe and efficient delivery operations.
• Ensure accurate handling, loading, and unloading of goods.
• Enhance customer service during deliveries.
• Maintain delivery schedules and operational efficiency.

3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  A. Delivery Support & Vehicle Assistance

• Assist drivers with vehicle checks, fueling, and preparation.
• Help in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.

  B. Route & Schedule Coordination

• Support drivers in navigating delivery routes.
• Ensure timely delivery by monitoring schedules.
• Assist in managing delivery documentation and receipts.

  C. Customer Interaction & Service

• Provide courteous support to clients during deliveries.
• Handle goods with care and professionalism.
• Communicate delivery updates to supervisors and clients.

  D. Safety & Compliance

• Follow road safety and company delivery protocols.
• Assist in monitoring vehicle safety standards.
• Report incidents, delays, or operational challenges promptly.

  E. Operational Efficiency & Teamwork

• Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Maintain accountability for goods handled during transit.

Qualification

4. QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience in delivery operations or logistics support.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle safety and cargo handling.
• Experience in client-facing delivery environments preferred.
