Job Role

The Graduate Trainee Program provides mechanical engineering graduates with structured training and exposure to the oil and gas industry. The program develops technical, operational, and leadership skills to prepare trainees for future roles in engineering and operations.

2. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Provide hands-on training in mechanical engineering applications.
• Expose trainees to oil and gas operations and safety standards.
• Develop technical and leadership competencies.
• Support career growth and succession planning.

3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Training Participation – Engage in structured learning modules and workshops. 

B. Project Support – Assist in mechanical engineering projects and operational tasks.

 C. Compliance Learning – Understand and apply safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. 

D. Reporting & Documentation – Prepare learning reports, technical notes, and presentations.

 E. Mentorship Engagement – Work closely with senior engineers and managers for guidance.

 F. Continuous Improvement – Apply feedback, develop technical and leadership skills.

Qualification

4. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years’ experience.
• Strong academic background and technical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
