Job Role

To drive sales growth through effective telesales strategies, customer relationship management, and distribution support within the pharmaceutical sector. The Telesales Agent is responsible for promoting products, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall revenue and market expansion goals of the organization.

 

2. Key Responsibilities

   A. Sales and Customer Engagement

  • Conduct outbound calls to promote pharmaceutical products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

   B. Market Development and Distribution

  • Support distribution activities by coordinating with logistics teams.
  • Expand customer base through lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

   C. Operational Oversight

  • Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.

   D. Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical sales regulations and ethical practices.
  • Promote responsible marketing and product information dissemination.
  • Uphold workplace health and safety standards during operations.

   E.Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
  • Share insights and strategies to improve overall team performance.
  • Participate in training and skill development programs.
Qualification

3. Qualifications

  • Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in pharmaceutical distribution or telesales
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets
